Use of the service
You agree not to scrape, resell, or misuse the data. We may rate-limit or block abusive use.
Data accuracy
We pull data from official UK sources but do not guarantee accuracy. Always verify with original documentation and inspect the vehicle in person.
Refunds
If a premium report fails due to a fault on our side, we will refund in full. Refunds are not provided for accurate reports that simply weren't useful to you.
Liability
RegRadar is not liable for purchase decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
